Title: Minty Fresh (One - Shot)
Word Count: ~3,200
Pairings/Characters: Blaine/Rachel - sibling AU, Kurt
Warnings: Oh so AU!
Rating: PG-13
Summary: Sleepover 4: Kurt is desperate to escape Rachel's clutches and her manic Reality TV show rants and makes it to the bathroom to carry out his routine before bed... until he finds himself with company. [Think Bring It On bathroom scene only wordier ;) - and I have always thought Jesse Bradford looks a little like Darren!]

Author's Notes
So there's more! I promised it to everyone who asked and, of course, even though I have another WIP in progress, I was always going to write more of this verse - I love writing it too much to stop. See previous parts of the verse for full author notes. More shall definitely come soon.
It's not necessary to read the previous sleepovers but it is probably best you do as it is a gentle development :)

Title: Au Pair (1/12 + Epilogue)
Word Count: ~8,800
Characters: Kurt/Blaine (eventually), Rachel Berry, Isobelle, Blaine’s parents and mentions of other canon pairings as we progress
Warnings: Oh so AU!
Rating: PG-13 - NC-17 (individual Chapter rating PG-13)
Summary: With money tight living with Ms Rachel Berry in their ‘beautiful little broom cupboard’, Kurt knows he needs to find a job. There just happens to be a family who require a nanny, their son in need of an escape too. Minus a magic carpet bag, cue Kurt Hummel.

Author’s Notes
See the Prologue Author Notes for full info on this story if you missed it.
I'm sorry for the slight wait for this Chapter. I didn't have access to my laptop over New Year (my Blackberry was my friend) so here it is, and it's nice and long too : ) Again, this isn't my opinion of Blaine's family/home life in canon although, if the price of his clothes are supposed to be something to go by the I'd like to be a penny behind him ;)

I want to thank the ever so lovely [info]ccmskatechick for her NYC knowledge and help plus Chazzam and everyone else who schooled me on all things New York!
I hope you enjoy!

Title: Au Pair (Prologue/12 + Epilogue)
Word Count: ~7,000
Characters: Kurt/Blaine (eventually), Rachel Berry, Isobelle, Blaine’s parents and mentions of other canon pairings as we progress
Warnings: Oh so AU!
Rating: PG-13 - NC-17 (individual Chapter ratings)
Summary: With money tight living with Ms Rachel Berry in their ‘beautiful little broom cupboard’, Kurt knows he needs to find a job. There just happens to be a family who require a nanny, their son in need of an escape too. Minus a magic carpet bag, cue Kurt Hummel.

Author’s Notes
So this is my new project! I was helpless to resist when I had a dream about this and wrote the Prologue almost immediately. This is not some Mary Poppins cross-over. Mary Poppins is my favourite movie of all time and those who know me understand how crazy obsessed I am was as a child with Julie and the film itself but this this story is just influenced by all of those nanny stories you read (and personal experience!) and who better to shake up a household than Kurt Hummel.

This will be updated as often as I can. I have a significant amount of it written already so it shouldn’t be long for updates - for those of you who waited dilligently for Wild Horses, this will not be anywhere near as long a wait ;)

There is obviously a significant character of Isobelle in this story - Blaine’s sister. She’s an OC and so are his parents but I hope you grow to like/understand them. This is not how I see Blaine’s life in canon (only elements of it) but, for this story, he himself is hopefully very much in canon with my version of his home life. Most of this will be in Kurt's POV but certain sections will be dedicated to Blaine.

I want to thank the ever so lovely ccmskatechick for her NYC knowledge and help with this : )I’ve turned on anon commenting for those who don’t have LJ accounts as I won’t be posting this elsewhere.

I really do hope you enjoy and would love to know what you think :)

Title: Aftershocks
Word Count: ~4,900
Pairings/Characters: Blaine/Rachel - sibling AU, Kurt/Blaine + talk of Finn/Rachel
Warnings: Oh so AU!
Rating: PG-13
Summary: Sleepover 3:
Sparks fly in the Anderson-Berry household and Kurt finds himself accompanied in a late night rendezvous.

Author’s Notes:
This is one of my favourites of all of the things I’ve ever written - I had SO much fun with it.
People have asked a few questions about the vast realm of possibility for these little on-shots and, yes, it’s huge and I love that. There will be Finn, tales of some of the mornings, parents and eventually we’ll get to Kurt’s house plus the rating will change a little :)
I’m a little blown away by the reaction to the first two stories so thank you for your encouragement. Have a cuddle :)

[Writing these three is like so addictive. I’m serious. It’s helping so much with my characterisation skills outside of fandom but, my god, I could write these three and Finn in every situation imaginable and still not get bored!]

Title: Open Up your Door (One - Shot)
Word Count: ~3,000
Pairings/Characters: Blaine/Rachel - sibling AU, Kurt
Warnings: Oh so AU!
Rating: PG-13
Summary: Sleepover 2: In the thores of a duet drama, Rachel and Kurt spend time planning. Kurt can't help but realise a change in Blaine's usual mood so tries to help in his own special way.

Author's Notes
I couldn't resist writing more and since I already had half of this written, I thought I'd finish it off. It seems that people want more (you lovely people) so I thought I'd turn this into a lil bit of a verse cheesily entitled "The Sleepover Chronicles". Each will take place at one of Rachel's sleepovers and will track how Kurt and Blaine become closer as each week passes. I'll post them whenever I have spare time :)
It's not necessary but seeing as this is a verse, here's the link to the first story - All I Do Is Dream Of You

Warnings: Oh so AU!
Rating: PG-13
Summary: Sleepover One prompt - Blaine interrupts Rachel’s sleepover and can’t help but take advantage of the moment to spend time/flirt with Kurt.

Author's Notes
Oh, just the best thing fandom has ever created from our collective twisted minds (thanks to this lovely lady on tumblr for creating this magic idea)! I’m completely charmed by it and couldn’t help but write SOMETHING :) Plus, it’s an excuse for me to write Hummelberry and use my mum’s comment today about Donald O’Connor reminding her of Chris.
Of course FYI, Blaine and Kurt aren’t dating but have known each other for a long time.

Title: Make It In This Land
Word Count: ~2,800 this chapter
Characters: Kurt/Blaine, Santana/Brittany, Finn/Rachel (both future and present!) and cameos... and of course Rory!
Warnings: AU (kind of) with touches of canon. Cracky (and hopefully heart warming) ridiculousness. Time travel.
Rating: PG-13
Summary: What if Brittany was a future scientific time travelling genius? What if Kurt and Blaine had adopted a young Irish boy in a Children's Home in America? What if that boy was Auntie Brittany's favourite? What if one day he walked the halls of McKinley High circa 2011?
Author's Notes
Still the crackiest and most ridiculous thing I shall ever write. Pot 'O Gold is the main canon we have for Rory so it's going to take a little while to get through it for it all to make sense which is why this is in 2 parts to complete that. After that, it'll all follow the main events in canon but it'll all be brand new to this story and plenty of K/B - I can't wait. Dodgeball killed me to write.

An enormous thank you to [info]canuckpagali who truly does get rid of my silly mistakes, seriously British ways and who is a truly brilliant beta. Also, to all of you whohave responded so kindly to this story and waited patiently for this - I've had spotty internet and a lot on my plate. I promise a much quicker turn over for the rest ;)

Title: Seldom Seen Kid
Word Count: ~3,000
Warnings: Spoilers for all aired episodes especially "Hold Onto Sixteen", plenty of angst
Rating: PG-13 for a little swearing
Summary: "There’s a moment when it all goes black. Blood is pumping to the solid, deep beat of his heart until he’s shaking with it, hands aching and skin stretched over strained muscles but it’s good. It’s good in a way that it shouldn’t be but when the leather strains and tiny cracks appear, it’s so necessary to keep going or else he’ll collapse with the tension."
A little scene from the gym pre-Finn as there was a distinct lack of Kurt.

Author's Notes
May it be said that I adore Finn and all of his useless glory, I love Sam to pieces and all of the opinions are Blaine's. I thought this scene was pretty incredible. I was revelling in the meaning behind it and how it's a hint to so much of Blaine that we still don't know and oh the feelings! The thing I didn't like was the lack of any Kurt inclusion at all - I get the 'Blaine has a storyline alone separe from Kurt' idea but it's too serious to keep Kurt so separate. This is the product of that :)

Title is from the song Grounds for Divorce by Elbow but I listened to The Killers 'River is Wild' as I wrote. Damn good song and that base line. Yum! :)

Title: Somebody Loved
Word Count: ~2,000
Warnings: Spoilers for all aired episodes
Rating: PG-13
Summary: “Alphabetical order complete,” Kurt sings, fitting his hands to his hips with an accomplished sigh. He turns with a grin so smug that Blaine has to bury his mouth in his arms, peering over the edge of the bed, as Kurt is far too cute when he does that.
In which Blaine ponders over something so inherently Kurt - his need to nurture and make things beautiful.

Author's Notes
I LOVE this about Kurt so much. He's one of life's do-ers, not to mention the way he's such a home-maker, an atmosphere creator, a perfectionist... he cares and when he does, he shows it in his own way. I wrote a little of this a while back and I'm so pleased I got to finish it. I hope you enjoy :)

Author's Notes
Still the crackiest and most ridiculous thing I shall ever write. I'm completely enamoured by the whole thing though and just working it all out and re-watching the scenes has made me far too giddy! This Chapter is a little lighter on the Kurt/Blaine for reasons you shall see - basically Pot 'O Gold is the main canon we have for Rory so it's going to take 2 Chapters to get through it for it all to make sense. After that, it'll all follow the events in canon but it'll all be brand new to this story and plenty of K/B.

Author's Notes
This is WITHOUT A DOUBT the crackiest most silly thing I've ever written but, please, bear with me. You only need to watch Rory's very first scenes and there IS something unsual about him, something hard to pin down... and DON'T tell me that his shock at seeing Finn was through Youtube. He'd notice his Uncle Finn anywhere ;) Watch Rory in every single scene when Kurt/Blaine are involved (especially Perfect) and I dare you not to believe in the idea a little bit ;) Plus, who has interacted with him the most? Finn, Blaine and Kurt.

I saw so much discussion about it, I got a little excited, I had tons of ideas and sat down and wrote. There's not much canon, in truth, to do with Rory but what we have got makes for THE most incredible ideas... and, of course, I shall play with them. I really REALLY hope you like it and can see past the sheer ridiculous notion enough to believe just a little ;)
The title comes from the first thing Brittany ever says to him :)

Big hugs go to whenidance for her wonderful help and enthusiasm.
FYI, I know there have been a few attempts at this kind of thing but nothing I've seen is the same and I hope I haven't tread on anyone's toes. I've had notes/ideas for this for around a week but never intended on writing it until today. There's enough room for all the crackiness, right?

Author's Notes
I can't believe I'm finished. This story took much longer than ever expected because life has a funny way of getting in the way but I have never ever loved writing anything as much as I have loved writing this. It's so so special to me and the fact that it has been loved in return by at least one person is enough to make me very happy.

Warnings: AU (using as much canon as possible but a little out of order)
Rating: PG-13 for this chapter
Summary: A local PFLAG scheme uses the lost art of letter writing to bring people together.

Author's Notes
I am just ridiculous. I was doing so well with keeping everything together but once I started writing one particular scene, it felt really important so I wanted to keep it in and then I reached a point where I wanted this entire Chapter to be separate.
It's all VERY MUCH the changes in their lives. How they're coming to terms with things, how everything is altering very slightly and I liked it being contained in one Chapter. I hope you don't mind me splitting it! As you'll see, Prom begins immediately in Part C!!

Thank you to everyone who has been reccing this so much lately. Thank You. So much. <3

I was going to wait to post the first part of the Epilogue in one go but it really does have two very distinct parts and I thought I'd split it so I didn't leave it as long between updates - I'm being nice! Ha!
As you will no doubt realise, I adore Burt Hummel. I love writing Burt/Kurt so I hope you enjoy their scenes. Plus, there's the return of their non face-to-face communication which I'm a little bit obsessed with writing. There's plenty of togetherness too, though ;)

Summary: Inspired by THIS adorable artwork by the ever so amazing muchacha11. Slight future!fic set early in the school year following graduation.

Author's Notes:
I saw the drawing and it was too cute to not write for. I seriously couldn't help myself! I was on the plane home and freaking out because I'm TERRIFIED of flying and this happened. I wanted to write something happy but in crept a little bit of angst... it's so shamelessly fluffy that I doubt you'll even notice!
Chris' Lucy and Ricky comparison made me giddy too so this was inevitable really!
